How do I return my order?
Orders can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. NOTE: Return costs are at your own expense. Returns can only be accepted if the original tags are present and the items are in their original condition. Don't have the box anymore? No problem; put the items in another suitable package.
Register return
- Pack your return. Place the items in the original packaging as much as possible.
- Go to the site and log in using the password you receive by email (new every time, so you no longer have to remember a password).
- Go to orders and select the items you want to return.
- Is an article not listed? Then unfortunately returns are not possible (anymore).
- Press "request return"
- Please provide a return reason
- send your return request
- You will receive the return confirmation email with your return label(s) within 24 hours.
- Print our the return label(s) and stick them on the package.
- After the registration you have 14 days to return your package.
- You can drop off the package at any desired parcel point.
- NOTE: Return costs are at your own expense.
- After receipt, a refund will be made via the same method as the original payment method + shipping costs of €3.95 (of the original order). We will then refund you as soon as possible. This will be done within 10 days after the return has been received.
- Did you pay with creditcard? When registering the return, the creditcard company is automatically informed of the return. The invoice is automatically changed so that you only pay for the items you keep. (Please allow 2-3 business days for processing)
